For patients

Your first visit, made easy

What to expect, what to bring, and how insurance and payment work — everything you need before you walk in.

What to expect

Your first appointment

1

A real conversation

We start by listening — your history, your concerns, and what you actually want from your dental care.

2

A thorough, gentle exam

Digital X-rays (only if needed), a full exam, and an honest read on where things stand.

3

A plan you understand

Every option explained in plain language, with trade-offs and costs up front. No pressure, no upselling.

Plan for about an hour. Arrive 10 minutes early if you haven't filled out forms at home — and bring your insurance card and ID.
Paperwork

Forms, before you arrive

Save yourself the clipboard. Download and complete your new-patient forms at home, and your first visit starts in the chair — not the waiting room.

Insurance & payment

Clear costs, no surprises

Insurance

We work with most major PPO plans and will verify your benefits before your visit so you know what's covered. [ Confirm exact list of accepted plans with the front office. ]

Estimates up front

Before any treatment, you'll get a written estimate of your out-of-pocket cost — and an explanation of it.

Payment options

Cash, card, and HSA/FSA accepted. [ Confirm financing options — e.g. payment plans or third-party financing — with the office. ]

No insurance?

No problem. Ask about our self-pay rates for exams and cleanings — conservative care keeps costs down by design.
